Terrible customer service, lied to me when I rang up to ask where my late order was. They said it was on the way, after 30 minutes I rang again, they said it will leave the shop in 10 minutes, so they straight up lied. 30 minutes later I rang again and they said it's in the car, any minute now it will be with you, it arrived 20 minutes later and was cold. They have offered nothing in return. Foods not bad, when hot. Won't order again from here.

The good was pretty good. Pizza was unfortunately cold when it arrived though and the box was squished causing cheese to stick to the roof. Plus they delivered around 15-20 minutes later than the estimate which was really annoying. Shame because the food could have been a game changer.
